Our enrollment coordinator can walk you through each eligibility requirement, help educate you on the financial process, the services available and the many benefits of participating in the Albright LIFE program at Lancaster.
How do you know if you qualify to participate?
— Call our LIFE Center and ask for our Enrollment Coordinator
— Home Visit and Clinical Assessments are conducted by our Albright LIFE assessment team and the Area Agency on Aging
— Participants and loved ones will come for a pre-admission visit to our center to meet the team
How do you pay for the program?
Our Enrollment specialist will explain the various options to you; how Medicare and Medicaid can help fund participation; how to utilize long term care insurance; or how to participate in LIFE by paying a monthly premium.
We can help you with the financial eligibility process.
If you are medically eligible for the LIFE program, you may also be eligible for special Medicare and Medicaid benefits that would pay for your participation in the LIFE program.

In order to qualify for the LIFE program, individuals must meet the following criteria:
Must be 55 years or older
Live safely in the community of the
Lancaster LIFE center
Meets eligibility from the Area Agency on Aging
